Starting October 1, a full-service carrier and a joint venture of Tata group and Singapore Airlines, Vistara, will run non-stop flights between Mumbai and Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The airline will operate daily flights between the two cities using its A320neo aircraft. Bookings for the flights are being progressively opened on all channels, including Vistara’s website, mobile app, and travel agents.

We are confident that greater connectivity between Mumbai and Abu Dhabi will complement the growing trade and tourism between the two countries. We are certain that customers from India and the UAE will appreciate experiencing our award-winning product and services on the route,” said Vinod Kannan, Chief Executive Officer, Vistara.
The lower caps are there to protect the financially weaker airlines and the upper caps are to protect the passengers from high fares. The price of ATF – the fuel that helps planes fly – was on June 16 increased by INR 19,757.13 per kilolitre, or 16.26 per cent, to INR 1,41,232.87 per kl (INR 141.2 per litre) in Delhi, according to a price notification of state-owned fuel retailers.
Introductory all-inclusive, round-trip fares start at INR 17,749 for Economy, INR 22,949 for Premium Economy and INR 45,949 for Business Class.
Sharing an advisory to the flyers, Vistara said that it will accept all eligible customers meeting visa/entry requirements in both countries, as specified by the respective government bodies. Vistara strongly encourages its customers to fully understand these guidelines before making their bookings, the airline said.
